BUILD JOURNEY - $5,000

Our build journey was developed after countless clients reached out for help picking finishes for their spec new builds. Our team works in tandem with you to review the options that your spec builder offers and curates selections that will set your house apart from any other house in the neighborhood. We join you for your in-person design appointment with your build (additional cost for outside of Dallas-Fort Worth) and advocate for you during the design process. We simplify what can traditionally be a very overwhelming process and give you the confidence and peace of mind that you are making the right selections.

1 HOUR VIDEO CONSULTATION - $250

Our consultation service exists to provide solutions for design dilemmas, help you curate a design style and leave you with an actionable plan of how to create a beautiful home. This is a very collaborative process that merges your taste with our expertise. To maximize time and provide you with the most value, before your consultation we ask for what you would like to go over in the call and to send us any drawings, documentation and photos that you plan to reference during our time together.

We take time to hear how you want each space to function and ask thoughtful questions to prioritize what is most important to you. Many clients have found this to be a fantastic way to help them get unstuck and view their space with fresh eyes.
